Protein Shake of the week:

 Ginger Bread

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 graham cracker
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 capful vanilla extract
12oz. of water
4 Ice Cubes
      Blend in blender for less than 1 minute
Try it and let me know how you liked it!
